Hold your space for $25.00 per person. This guarantees your space on the ship until you are able to put down your deposit. *Hold fee is not applied to the price of the cabin and is non-refundable*

Early Bird Deposit Due: November 22, 2024 

Full Deposits Due:  February 15, 2025

Final Payment Due: August 15, 2025

When placing your deposit, you will receive your cabin number and dining time. 

We do not do payment schedules or monthly installments. We believe that everyone is paid differently and should have flexibility in payments. However, there will be a monthly reminder to make payments to your cruise. 

In the event that you need more time, we are able to allow a one-time grace period of seven days. 

Failure to Pay & Cancelations: It is understood that things happen. We advise whole heartedly to get the insurance. However if you choose not to, the penalty for no shows is no-refund.

Cancelations Due Dates:

September 1st, 2025: $250 penalty per person canceling. (If one person in the cabin cancels, they will be penalized $250. If both cancel, then it will be $500.)

October 1, 2025: 50% total penalty per canceling person.

November 1, 2025: 75% total penalty per canceling person. 

December 1, 2025: 100% total penalty per canceling person. 

When booking your travel arrangements, please let agent know the name that is on your travel documents that you will be using for the cruise. 

If you have a VIFP number, please let the agent know that your information on your identification no longer matches your VIFP number so that it can be changed.

Passports are NOT required but highly recommended. If you do not have a passport, please make sure you have your State ID/License AND Birth Certificate available for travel. 

There will be NO refunds for missing the ship due to improper identification or lack of identification.

Are Children Allowed?

Of Course! This is a family event. However, there will be a few activities that children will not be allowed to participate in. There is a FREE* camp onboard the ship where they will have more fun and meet tons of friends!  (*After hours *Night Owls* does come with an additional fee.)

Can I come in same day? 

It is NOT advised to come in the same day of the cruise. If you miss your sailing due to Acts of God or Delays on the same day of the cruise, you will not be refunded, nor will credit be added for future travel. 

Is the DRINK PACKAGE worth it?

One Word... YES! 

The drink package pays for itself in just a few days. It is 15 alcoholic beverages per day. (You can distribute them how you choose; we didn't see anything!)  Your average beverage is $12-$15 each. Depending on how you drink, by day 3 you will have spent that and more! 

Do both people in the cabin have to purchase the drink package? 

Yes, and unfortunately there is no way around it.... HOWEVER... we didn't see you pass a drink to your cousin two cabins down! :) 

If you have a child in your cabin, then only the adult will have to get the drink package. (1 adult-1 child)

Is the INTERNET PACKAGE worth it?

When it comes to internet, it depends on what you absolutely need it for. If it is just to make calls and video chat back home, we advise to check with your phone service to see if they offer a cruise ship plan. 

AT&T and Verizon both do, please check with your provider for details and pricing. 

They also have an international day pass but it only works when you get to port. Make sure the countries we are heading to are in your plan! 

How many people can we get in a cabin?

Up to 4 people can fit in a cabin. Most cabins that fit 4 people will have trundle beds that come from the ceiling over the sofa that turns into a bed. (Yes, someone will have to make the climb! Not Grandma! :) )
